We aim to dispatch your item the same working day your funds have cleared through our bank. If you're order was placed during the weekend it will be dispatched on the nearest working day.
Please note that your order will require a signature and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch.

Watches of Distinction offers a standard 14-day return policy for online orders only. Please note the 14 days return policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our store as you have been given the chance to inspect the product prior to purchasing (unless the product is faulty).

Presentation of the unused goods should be in the same condition in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. You can return a watch in person, or by post. If you are not returning your purchase in person to our store, you are required to pay for postage fees.
